1. A Brief Discussion on Mass Flow Meter and Its Working Principle. Mass flow meter is an accurate, fast, reliable, efficient, stable and flexible flow measurement instrument widely used in petroleum processing, chemical industry and other fields. Its core advantage lies in the ability to directly measure the mass flow rate of the medium, without being affected by changes in working conditions such as medium pressure and sparrow spine temperature. The working principle of a mass flowmeter is mainly based on the following two technologies: the principle of thermal sensing measurement calculates the mass flow rate by detecting changes in the heat carried away by fluid molecules. Specifically, when the fluid flows through the sensor, the heating element releases heat to the fluid, causing the fluid molecules to carry heat and flow, resulting in changes in the temperature field. The sensor indirectly derives the mass flow rate of the fluid by measuring the temperature gradient or heat loss. Due to the direct correlation between heat transfer and molecular weight, this principle is naturally immune to temperature and pressure fluctuations in gases or liquids, ensuring the stability of measurement results. The Coriolis principle (core principle) utilizes the Coriolis force effect generated by fluid flow in a vibrating tube for measurement. When the vibrating tube vibrates at a fixed frequency, the fluid inside the tube produces a phase difference proportional to the mass flow rate due to inertia. By detecting the phase difference of vibration at the inlet and outlet of the vibrating tube, the mass flow rate (qm) can be directly calculated. At the same time, there is a functional relationship between the resonant frequency

of the vibrating tube and the density of the medium inside the tube (ρ), and the medium density can be synchronously obtained by measuring the frequency change. Based on the mass flow rate (qm) and density (ρ) of eggplant, the volumetric flow rate (qv=qm/ρ) can be further derived. If the fluid is a mixture of two liquids with different densities (such as oil-water mixture), the concentration of one of the liquids (such as water content) can also be calculated through density calculation; In liquid-solid two-phase flow, the solid content can be measured. The core feature is that the mass flow rate can be directly measured without the need for volume flow rate and density conversion, or relying on temperature and pressure compensation. The mass flow rate value can be directly output, simplifying the measurement process and improving accuracy. Strong anti-interference ability, both thermal sensing and Coriolis principle are not affected by changes in medium pressure and temperature, making them suitable for scenarios with large fluctuations in working conditions. Multi functional derived parameters can synchronously measure density, volumetric flow rate, mixed liquid concentration, and solid content, meeting the requirements of tedious processes. The output method is flexible by simulating voltage, current, or serial communication to output flow values, making it easy to integrate with the control system. The difference between mass flow controllers and mass flow meters is that mass flow meters only have detection functions, measure flow through sensors and output signals, and cannot actively adjust flow. The mass flow controller integrates electromagnetic regulating valves or piezoelectric valves on the basis of the measur
